To Enter the Race:

Click here to print SCRATCH SHEETS (This "Scratch Sheet" is not final.  We are waiting PHRF handicaps for several boats.  The final "Scratch Sheet" will be posted on this website by 8 PM thenight before the start of the race).

4. Save your confirmation email. 

  • After registering for the race you will receive a confirmation email from G2G@lakewoodyachtclub.com or from NoReply@RegattaNetwork.com, It contains important links for editing your registration. Please be sure your spam filter will allow receipt of emails from these addresses.


5. Provide the required handicap information.

  • Monohulls: Upload your signed 2012 PHRF certificate.
  • Multihulls fax or upload a handicap certificate from TOMA.

  • Signed Handicap Certificates can be uploaded via the link received in your confirmation email or faxed to Lakewood Yacht Club at 281.474.3502


6. Notify your crew members to submit their waivers online. 

7. Check the online waiver registrants listing to verify that each crew member has submitted his/her waiver.


8. Attend the Safety and Navigation Seminar for important safety advice.    

  • Saturday, April 14, 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM at Lakewood Yacht Club
    • At Sea Safety
    • Safety Equipment
    • Chair Presentation
    • SPOT Training
    • Port Entry
    • Docking


9. Attend the Skipper's Meeting to pick up your Sailing Instructions and SPOT rental.

  • Friday, May 18, 6:00 PM at Lakewood Yacht Club
    • Skippers packets and SPOT rentals can be picked up beginning at 5:00 PM (to give sailors an opportunity to read the sailing instructions in case they have questions that need to be addressed at the Skipper's Meeting). 
    • The formal meeting will begin at 6:00 PM.

10. Be familiar with the Sailing Instructions.

11. Refund Policy.

  • We will refund all but $1 of your registration fee if we receive your request on or before the entry deadline. (This fee goes to the online registration company to defray charge card fees incurred.)
  • There will be no refunds after the entry deadline. (Your entry fee is a tax deductible charitable contribution to Bay Access, Inc.)
